A Natural Appproach to Healing
I’m a full-time Holistic Therapist based in Rugby, Warwickshire. I offer holistic treatments from my home in Rugby, my treatment room is tucked away at the back of the house, overlooking the garden and it is a beautiful and tranquil space. I can also travel to your home if you are not able to come to me, I only offer seated treatments on a mobile basis and will charge an additional £5 for all mobile treatments. I only offer my services mobile to Rugby and surrounding villages. I passionately believe in the power of the body to heal through ancient alternative practices and have seen first hand the countless benefits they can provide for various conditions.
Treatment Options
Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Holistic Therapist, I work with you and your specific needs to assist you in your healing journey.
1 hour reiki session £25
Reiki is a form of energy healing that is used as a stress reduction technique. I use a hands on approach to gently guide the flow of energy around your body and work on any blockages. Reiki always works for a persons highest good and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Indian head massage 40 mins £25
The techniques used in an Indian head massage are influenced by ancient Ayurvedic methods and based on generations of tradition. This is a hands-on treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I use a variety of oils including coconut, sesame, rosehip, grape seed to massage the head, face and neck. I've had several Reiki sessions with Kelly and I would highly recommend her to anyone. It always resets me and clears up issues i'm dealing with. Sometimes it can bring up emotions that need processing, but after that I always end up feeling clear, focussed, and optimistic. I've also written some of my best songs directly after a Reiki session with Kelly. It has a way of resetting your energy, allowing blockages to move, and creating space for clarity and positive creative energy to come through. I tend to have sessions when I feel lost/foggy/uncertain or when i'm stressed/overworked/anxious. Highly recommended!
